This page explains what happens to your information on hightickethomeservices.com, the website for High-Ticket Service Academy (HTSA), run by Marshall Wayne. It's written in plain English. If something here isn't clear, ask and I'll fix it.
What this site doesn't do
- There are no accounts or sign-up forms on this site.
- This site never takes payments or card details. Checkout happens on Skool.
- I don't sell your information.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads)
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta when someone visits the page and when someone clicks one of the buttons here: "See the three ways in" and the High Ticket Service Academy Course and 6-Week Coaching buttons. For the door buttons, it also sends which door was clicked and its price. I use this to see whether my ads are working and to show ads to people who have visited.
Meta may use cookies and connect these visits to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own policies. You can see and change how Meta uses this activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. Meta's privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
MoneyPenny, the AI assistant
MoneyPenny is an AI assistant, not a person. You can type to her in the chat box or talk to her in a live voice call. Both are optional.
Chat. When you send a message, it goes to this site's server and then to xAI, the company whose AI writes MoneyPenny's replies. The recent messages in your conversation are sent along so she can keep track of what you said. If you paste a website address, the server visits that public page and sends what it finds to xAI so she can review it. The chat box itself doesn't save your conversation; it's gone when you leave or reload the page.
Voice and your microphone. The site only asks for your microphone after you click "Talk to MoneyPenny," and your browser asks your permission first. During the call, your voice goes straight from your browser to xAI's voice service so MoneyPenny can hear and answer you. The call ends when you click "End call" or leave the page. You can turn off the microphone permission anytime in your browser settings.
xAI handles what you type and say under its own terms and privacy policy, at x.ai/legal/privacy-policy. Please don't share passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive details with MoneyPenny.
Limits. To keep the assistant from being overloaded, the server briefly uses your IP address to count how many messages or calls come from it in a minute. That count is not stored.
Skool checkout
The High Ticket Service Academy Course and 6-Week Coaching buttons take you to Skool (skool.com), where HTSA's community and course live. Signing up and paying happen on Skool, under Skool's own terms and privacy policy. This site never sees your card details. As the group's owner, I can see the member details Skool shows group owners, like your name, profile, and membership.
